| Summary | 0001910: [UTF-8] Email subjects that contain special characters are received as html entities | |||||
| Description | http://www.simplemachines.org/community/index.php?topic=233430.0 [^] If you are using UTF-8 and have a topic name for example that contains special characters (see topic for an example since mantis has a utf8 issue right now) it will show up as html entities. This only seems to happen with yahoo, hotmail addresses from the users report I am including the raw source of my email as well (that has been edited to remove my information so the base64 version might be corrupted.). Mantis is actually parsing the html entities and showing them. So I am just going to tell you to look at the post where I put it or at the raw source of the email. | |||||
