|Summary||0002523: "Do not submit twice" has a flaw...|
|Description||When sending a post to a board, the Submit button is disabled so that the message can't be sent twice.|
However, sometimes you end up with a message that can't be sent. For instance, you forgot to fill a field. In that case, SMF will generally show you the message again and it's fine.
But sometimes, it doesn't. For instance, when there's a problem with an attachment -- such as trying to upload a file with an unauthorized extension. In which case, you get a "Back" link, which you immediately press, only to find out that you still can NOT submit the message with a different attachment, because the Submit button is still disabled.
I would suggest something like, "disabling the button only for a few seconds", or re-enabling it only if you come back from the next page, I don't know what could be done but it can be done, right?

I think a proper back button that makes sure the message contents would work out better.
Issues like the link below happen with the current system
|The link you gave definitely could benefit from reproducing the whole message interface (including its contents) after the error message.|

|This really isn't a new issue. It should be addressed at some point but any solution would be non-trivial. So moving this to 2.1|
|How 'bout simply showing the whole template again, instead of just the error? Is it impossible/non-trivial?|

|Can't reproduce this anymore, back button (In error message not browser) clearing the place (title/body etc...)|
