Steps To ReproduceDisable registration. Links are still visible in main menu, theme header, and on login page.

 I couldn't find this anywhere in our source code:

./Themes/default/languages/Errors.english.php:16:$txt['login_to_post'] = 'To post you must be logged in. If you don\'t have an account yet, please ' . $scripturl . '?action=register.';

Its language string to registration, but that doesn't seem to be anywhere I can find in the source files. No error calls it as well. So not sure. Just letting somebody know I didn't miss this if its found, I just couldn't trace it.
